What data we process
- When you book a call: the details you enter in the booking and the time you choose.
- When we contact you in your professional role: name, role, company and work email from public sources and business registers.
Why, and on what legal basis
Booking: to hold the call you asked for. These are steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Contacting companies: to offer our services to companies where they are relevant, based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Every email says who we are and how to opt out.
How long we keep it
Data from the booking is kept as long as needed to handle your request, and for no more than 24 months if no contract is signed. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so we can respect that.
Who has access
The booking system runs on servers inside the EU that we operate ourselves. For sending emails we use providers that may only process the data on our instructions. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this is done under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy of it. Write to info@liberatori.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), the supervisory authority for Liberatori OÜ.
